Yes, you will know immediately if the model you prefer is available on stock in our warehouse upon calling Spira Customer Service through telephone numbers 913 0102 to 04 from Monday to Friday, 8:15 am to 5:15 pm and on Saturdays from 8:15 am to 3:15 pm. However, if you prefer to inquire from Spira Sales Corporation’s accredited dealers, you will coordinate directly with them to check their respective stock availability.

Q: Will I be supported with the products’ technical requirements?

Yes. Our technical Team will guide you or your contractor/plumber in the installation of your order. For service, parts, troubleshooting and repairs, please call our Spira Customer Service through telephone numbers 913 0102 to 04 from Monday to Friday, between 8:15 am and 5:15 pm or on Saturdays from 8:15 am to 3:15 pm.

Q: What other technical assistance you provide?

We provide installation, servicing, after sales, and project support. Spira Sales Corporation Technical Team can help you from the design/concept stage through presentation of products/samples based on actual requirements.

Q: What are the terms of payment?

We require full cash payment before delivery.

Q: Will my order be delivered right away?

• If the model is on stock and delivery address is within Metro Manila -- delivery will take place seven (7) working days after we received your full payment.
• If the model is on stock and delivery address is outside Metro Manila but within the 100 km radius from our warehouse -- delivery will take place seven (7) working days after we received your full payment.
• If delivery address is not within the 100 km radius from our warehouse, delivery will take place at least three weeks after we received your full payment.
• If the model is not on stock, delivery will take place four (4) months after we received your full payment.

Q: Will I be charged for the delivery?

• If delivery address is within Metro Manila and order complies with minimum delivery requirements, we can deliver the good/s for free.
• If delivery address is within Metro Manila and order does not comply with minimum delivery requirements, we will charge you a minimal fee.
• If delivery address is outside Metro Manila but within the 100 km radius from our warehouse, we can deliver your order for free provided the order cost is Php 200,000.00 up.

Q: What is a washlet?

A washlet is a toilet seat with warm water, bidet style washing. It is a replacement to a toilet seat and can be installed on a new or existing toilet, the same as any regular toilet seat. A washlet will typically have additional functions and features, depending on the model and price range.

Q: How does a washlet work?

It is activated by pressing a button, and in turn a wand will extend from the seat to cleanse you with a stream of gentle, aerated warm water. After cleansing, the wand retracts back under the seat.

Q: Will a washlet fit my toilet?

Washlets fit most standard close coupled and one-piece toilets. Spira Sales Corporation Technical Team can help you ascertain if the washlet fits your particular toilet. Typically, the following models fit respective given sizes;

• TCW02N – Round and elongate

Q: What is the difference between a one-piece and a two-piece toilet?

Two-piece toilets have separate tank and bowl. One-piece designs have a single, integrated tank and bowl design.

Yes. All of the TOTO toilets are easy to install, however, we still recommend that a licensed plumbing contractor undertake the installation. An installation instruction manual is included in the packaging.
