A non-profit organization that will serve as learning institution, a model ecotourism heritage village which is accessible to the public. It shall showcase relevant information on various flora and fauna (both endemic and exotic) and historic-cultural artifacts for education as well as for recreation and relaxation.

It is the center for acquisition, documentation, preservation and exhibition of natural and cultural heritage, specimens and artifacts; provide awareness and appreciation by the public; enhance and develop wildlife sanctuary, them park, nature and recreation centers for ecotourism purposes.
