It was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an International Licensed Private Recruitment Agency and duly accredited by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). SEPI holds its executive, recruitment and training offices at the ENDRIGA Building, located at 2270 Taft Avenue, Malate, Manila, Philippines.
