After you have finished developing our website, will you still be responsible in maintaining it? How long?

ProInfinity IT-Solutions Inc. guarantees three (3) months FREE maintenance after the formal turnover of the completed project which would mean rendering assistance on a per need basis. This covers assisting our client along with other third-party support suppliers, if any, in troubleshooting problems and issues that may occur in the operation of the site.

Maintenance work shall include repairs or debugging of any defects of the work performed by ProInfinity IT-Solutions Inc. However, it does not cover the provision of any support and maintenance services not specified in the Service Contract, i.e., updates, versions, or new releases and additional programming work. After the three (3) months free maintenance has expired, the client may retain the services of PROINFINITY IT-SOLUTIONS INC. for maintenance work on an agreed retainer’s fee.

Does ProInfinity IT Solutions Inc. provide training?

Yes we do. ProInfinity IT-Solutions Inc. provides verbal and/or hands-on training to its clients after the formal turnover of the project.
